Harbury resident Philip Bushill-Matthews did not stand this time.

Also the West Midlands region went from having seven MEPs to represesent us to having six.
The election uses proportional representation and all six MEPs represent everyone in the West Midlands, which is a bit silly.

Conservatives and UKIP got two seats each.
Labour and Libdem got one each.

There were 71 candidates from 12 parties and the voter turnout was 35.07%
